I am a 30-year-old guy from India, going by the pseudonym of Theo. Used to work in the finance industry, then quit in 2019 to seek more aliveness. My latent interest in psychology initially drew me toward direct response marketing. While skilling myself in that domain, I was obsessing about what makes us tick and why/how we think and feel what we do. At the same time, I was desperately trying to resolve my emotional hangups.
I started tinkering with meditation, altered states of consciousness, and therapeutic modalities like IFS (often combining these in fascinating ways). I devoured books, worked with coaches, met other self-exploration nerds, and continued to learn + refine my skills. All this paid off big time in many tangible and intangible ways. I keep thinking I’ve arrived somewhere… but the path keeps unfolding, wilder and stranger and more intimate than before.
Around 2022, I began guiding IFS sessions for folks on Twitter. I was just following my curiosity, offering what I could, experimenting as I went. To my surprise, the work resonated. People felt seen and held. They then enthusiastically shared their experiences, sending others my way. I had no formal training, and still feel quite lucky to have been trusted like that.
What started with IFS slowly took on a life of its own — weaving in threads from other practices and spiritual traditions, whatever felt alive in the moment. And because each person brought their own flavor of experience, my approach kept evolving in response. Over the last three years, I ended up guiding more than 2000 hours of 1:1 explorations, across personalities, sensitivities, nervous systems, worldviews. It’s been transformative, for me as much as for the people I have journeyed with.
(I maintain anonymity to freely talk about my experiments. You’ll see my face if we meet. More below : )
What my clients say about my approach:
” […] Theo’s guiding style meant we could jump straight into the deep end. The sessions are a fun mix of altered state, self intimacy, meditative practice, and insight. I’ve discovered & integrated parts of myself, experienced memories my brain split off as inaccessible, and had 3 experiences in our sessions that were as powerful as any altered states as I’ve gotten on psychedelics.”
— Brent Baumgartner, @_brentbaum
“[…] Theo is self taught, but surprisingly far more systematic, detailed, and focused on somatic release than many therapists my friends & I have worked with in the US! His knowledge of various protocols, emptiness/nondual meditation practice, and altered states combined with his systematic approach work so well for me.”
— Pranab Sachitanandan, @nopranablem
“[…] Theo can move fluidly between IFS and Parts Work, Imaginal Journeying, Core Transformation, and other modalities. It feels like we’re dancing together to heal my heart, to find my wisdom. Our sessions have meaningfully transformed painful and thorny tangles on my heart, and have made my life and work and flourishing in the world possible.”
— Tasshin Fogleman, @tasshinfogleman
“[…] Theo’s capacity to operate in the context of different practice traditions and weave together multiple ways of encountering and cultivate the self/soul/psyche/awakening are lovely to experience and I highly, highly recommend at least taking him up on his offering of an intro session.”

Schedule an Intro Session
If my words or vibes resonate, and if you’re curious to explore with me, the first step is to reach out for a 2-hour intro session (pay-what-you-want) or a casual 30-minute exploration chat. We’ll meet and talk about your self-exploration journey, your challenges, edges, and what you’re looking for. You’ll have space to ask me questions, and I’ll guide you through a somatic-imaginal exploration.
My Approach
There’s a delightful spaciousness I’m able to create when I’m guiding someone through their inner world. I love doing two-hour sessions. Giving us abundant space to explore slowly, gently. Being sensitive to the subtleties. Attending to all the strange intertwined layers. Dancing between breadth and depth. Letting all of it belong, all at once.
There’s no rush to get somewhere or make something happen. We don’t push through or bypass any resistances and hesitations. A lot of trust and emotional safety emerges naturally from this stance. Slowness and gentleness, paradoxically, inevitably, lead to a cascade of intensity.
Also, this kind of spaciousness then allows us to approach the most intractable and tangled areas of the mind. And go to places that usually stay hidden unless met with this kind of care. Sometimes it feels like therapy, sometimes like tripping, sometimes like sitting in silence with an old friend.
We might be a good fit if…
- You’ve tasted the beauty of presence (through meditation, psychedelics or relationships), and are yearning to live from that place in your everyday life.
- You resonate with frameworks like IFS, shadow work, or somatics… but haven’t found a container where they click.
- You’re someone who has metabolized big ideas, and now longing to metabolize big emotions.
- You’re neurodivergent in subtle or explicit ways. You experience life differently or more intensely than others around you.
- You feel like you’ve done the work — therapy, books, meditation — but still sense something deeper hasn’t landed.
- You’re a long-time meditator who’s starting to feel the pull of the body and the wild tangled parts within.
What I can help with…
- Insecurities in relationships or social spaces, that make intimacy and connection challenging
- Shame, self-doubt, or a harsh inner critic that won’t quiet down
- Knowing things intellectually, but not feeling them in your body
- Grief, anger, or past pain that’s been pushed down for years
- Burnout, numbness, or a quiet sense that something’s missing
- Navigating big life transitions that shake your sense of self
- Complicated relationships with money, food, or sex
- Feeling stuck in the same patterns and inner loops, even after doing a lot of self-work
